U.S customers may order via email, fax, or phone by calling our Customer Service line between 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST. International customers may place an order by email or by telephone.
When placing an order through email or fax, please provide the following information:
Catalog number, name of product, size, and quantity of each product desired
Credit card information
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please provide the account number, expiration date, and the name on the card/account.
Tax (use tax, sales tax, excise tax, duty) is calculated based on the zip code of the shipping address for your order. The sales tax charged will be calculated based on state-specific or country tax rules and laws.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please contact us and confirm current pricing at the time of your order. Your invoice will be sent to the billing address specified at the time of your order. Payment must be in U.S dollars. Terms are net 30 days. After 30 days, a carrying charge of 1% per month will be added to the unpaid balance.
Perishable and temperature sensitive orders are shipped overnight express via UPS or FedEx and will be delivered next-day. Orders must be received by 4:00PM Monday through Thursday. To insure product integrity, orders are not normally shipped on Fridays; please contact us to make special arrangements or to have the order shipped the following Monday. We do not ship on the following U.S. holidays: Memorial Day; Independence Day (Fourth of July); Labor Day; Thanksgiving; Christmas; New Year's Day.
Upon receipt of goods, you will inspect for any damages, shortages, defects, etc and report any claims to Customer Service. You will have 10 days to report any of claims. Any returns will require a return authorization number. Please contact Customer Service for this number prior to sending any returns. Not all items will be authorized for return, due to temperature and packaging requirements. All items authorized for return must arrive in re-sellable state for product credit. A restocking fee of 25% or $25 (whichever is greater) shall be charged on returns that are not the result of any fault or error of LeGene Biosciences. Shipping charges will not be credited. No returns will be accepted for credit after 20 days.
