Description
LeGene 80 mM dUTP is a PCR grade nucleotides contain at least 99% of deoxyuridine triphosphate in a solution of 0.5 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5). It can be used in place of dTTP in PCR and RT-PCR protocols to
prevent carryover from previous amplifications. The dUTP Mix solution containing 10 mM each of dATP, dGTP, dCTP and 20mM dUTP can be easily formulate by mixing 1:1:1:1 volume ratio of 40 mM dATP, 40 mM
dCTP, 40 mM dGTP and 80mM dUTP. |
