Description
LeGene 40 mM dTTP is a PCR grade nucleotides contain at least 99% of deoxythymidine triphosphate in a solution of 0.5 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5). The dNTP Mix solution containing 10 mM each of dATP, dGTP, dCTP
and dTTP can be formulate by simple mixing 1:1:1:1 volume ratio of 40 mM dATP, 40 mM dCTP, 40 mM dGTP and 40mM dTTP. |
