Description

LeGene Premium 1st Strand cDNA Synthesis System is optimized to synthesize high yield cDNA from total or poly( A)+ purified RNA. The system can be used with broad range of RNA template concentration, as little as 10 pg or as much as to 5 µg of total RNA. The cDNA synthesis reaction is catalyzed by RnaUsScript Reverse Transcriptase, an engineered to eliminate the RNaseH activity that degrades mRNA during the first-strand reaction, resulting in greater full-length cDNA synthesis and higher cDNA yield than obtained with RNaseH+ RTs. A wide range of RNA targets from 100 bp to 12 kb can be detected with this system. It is ideally suited for gene isolation, cDNA library construction, high throughput expression profile studies using real-time quantitation as well as end-point RT-PCR. The system contains all the components needed for first-strand cDNA synthesis. Reagents sufficient for 200 cDNA synthesis reactions of 20 µl reaction volume.
