LeGene cDNA Synthesis Master Mix is a 5X concentrated cDNA synthesis master mix that contains all necessary components for first strand cDNA synthesis including RnaUs-Script reverse transcriptase, RNase inhibitor, primers, dNTPs, Mg2+, and stabilizers (except RNA template) and can detect mRNA targets up to 2 kb. It is ideally suited for high throughput expression profile studies using both real-time quantitation and end-point RT-PCR. The reagents are sufficient for 100 cDNA synthesis reactions of 10 µl reaction volume each.
