Description

LeGene Dye-Mixed All Size DNA Mass Ladder is suitable for use as a wide range of molecular weight standard for agarose gel electrophoresis (200 bp–10,000 bp). It also ideal for estimating the quantity of unknown DNA samples by ethidium bromide staining. The DNA Mass Ladder is composed of mixture of 14 DNA fragments of 10000, 8000, 6000, 5000, 4000, 3000, 2500, 2000, 1500, 1000, 800, 600, 400, and 200 bp. Electrophoresis of 7 µl of the Dye-Mixed All Size DNA Mass Ladder results in bands containing 110, 90, 65, 55, 45, 35, 30, 25, 20, 110, 90, 65, 45, 25 ng of DNA, respectively. The concentration of DNA is ~0.115 µg /µl.
