LeGene RnaUs Total Tissue RNA Prep Kit provides an easy and fast method for isolating total RNA from tissues, cultured cells within 30 min. This kit purifies up to 100 µg of total RNA from eukaryotic cells or animal tissues. The purified RNA is of the highest integrity, and can be used in a number of downstream applications including RT-PCR, real time RT-PCR, Northern blotting, RNase protection and primer extension, miRNA cloning and amplification, and next generation sequencing.

The binding capacity of each ezCapture RNA Mini Column is approximately 100 ug RNA and recommend to use up to 30 mg tissue or 5x10⁶ cells.
