LeGene DnaUs tissue gDNA kit provides a fast and easy method for isolating gDNA from tissue. The system utilizes the reversible nucleic acid-binding properties of patented quick Bind membrane and the speed of spin column technology to yield high quality gDNA with the OD260/280 ratio of 1.8-2.0. Up to 30 mg of animal tissue, culture cells, mouse tail snips and paraffin-embedded tissue can be readily processed at a time. This kit allows for the single or multiple simultaneous processing of samples. There is no requirement for phenol/chloroform extractions, and time-consuming steps are eliminated. The binding capacity of ezCapture Mini Column is approximately 100 ug. This kit is designed to yield up to 25 ug of genomic DNA from 5X10⁶ cells.

Purified DNA is ready for any downstream applications such as PCR, real-time PCR, Southern blotting, cloning, and restriction enzyme digestion.
